Terms of Service

Please Read full ToS before commissioning me. By commissioning me, you are automatically agreeing to the ToS. I will accept payments through Paypal or card ON MY ETSY. Card information is not shared with me. You can contact me before or immediately after buying a commission on my Etsy(I will reply faster through toyhouse or Etsy). All prices are listed in USD. For any commissions or character design, you must pay up front because I am handling payment through Etsy. Because I use Etsy, your information is completely secure and you will always receive either a finished commission or a refund.
Finished products will be delivered digitally and unwatermarked within 1-3 weeks, or within 1-5 days for adoptables. Refunds can only be issued before the sketch is complete. Customers are entitled to any amount of changes in the sketching phase within a week of the original sketch being sent, and up to 3 minor changes in the finished product. I have the right to refuse complex changes as I see fit.
I understand that life happens and I am willing to be patient and open with anyone who is kind and patient with me in turn.

CHARACTER DESIGN TOS
You CAN:
✅ Use design for commercial use
✅ Alter/change the design
✅ Transfer the design to others IF you notify me
✅ Post/repost to social media
✅ Use the design to make any kind of art/product
✅ Credit is not required but appreciated!
You CANNOT:
❌ Feed the design into AI or use AI to create art of the character
❌ Resell without my permission
❌ Resell for higher than the original price
❌ Claim you created the design
❌ Place holds for the design for more than two weeks
❌ Ask for a refund after the payment and design are transferred
❌Trace/draw on top of the art
❌Use the art for hate speech

GENERAL COMMISSION TOS
You CAN:
✅ Use the art for commercial use IF you ask for permission first and work something out with me
✅ Post/repost the art to social media
✅ Credit me!
✅ Use the art for personal use
You CANNOT:
❌ Feed the artwork into AI
❌ Claim you made the art
❌ Request a refund after I've started working on the final piece
❌ Request the unwatermarked sketch in the case of a refund
❌Trace/draw on top of the art
❌Use the art for hate speech
